Donna Brousseau is a chef who laughingly confesses to earning the nickname, “la gourmand” (the one who loves to eat) while studying and working in Europe.

In her quest to staying healthy, Chef Brousseau loathes to be told what she can’t eat and has spent the last several years modifying recipes to fit into a healthy lifestyle that are packed full of flavor and nutrition. Chef Brousseau has written about her many experiences and has been published in magazines and newspapers throughout North America. Currently Brousseau teaches both food and wine classes, has a healthy cooking show, www.accenthealth.com/recipes and is the owner of www.tasteforexcellence.com aimed at corporate wellness and is working on her first book.
